- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- The item should be in resellable condition without any damage, stains, or missing parts.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return?
If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

- Approval & Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup, or you may be required to ship the item back to us.

- Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Refund Policy
- Full Refunds: Issued for products that meet all return criteria.
- Partial Refunds: If the product is returned with missing parts or slight damage, a partial refund may be processed.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or wallet).
4. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. We may ask for product images to verify the issue before proceeding with the exchange.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once the order is processed for shipping, cancellations are not allowed.
